Trail Report February 19, 2017

I was back up in Shrewsbury yesterday afternoon and cleaned off the groomer shed and took dads sled back over to the Clement Shelter and shoveled off the roof. There was a lot of snow on it. It took 2 1/2 hours to get it done. Some of that time might have been because of lack of sleep the night before grooming. Dad cleaned out the pan on the drag so we would not end up with a big thing of ice in it.

I also went over to Route 100 to see the mess where the Tucker was stuck the night before. The drag got down in the ditch and it got hung up on the hard snow bank and I could not pull it back in the road. I had to break up the snow bank and finally got it out. I had the Tucker in the road and the drag over the bank. Not a good place to be, lucky it was 2:30 to 3:00 am so there was not much traffic.

Here are some photos of my day!
