Opening
The regular meeting of the Shrewsbury Sno-Birds was called to order at 7:03PM on September 16, 2025 at Southside Steakhouse in Rutland by Mike Stewart.

Trail/Groomer Report
- Some parts ordered for the Tucker
- Issue with controller for blade on Tucker
Old Business
- Move sponsorboard before season starts
- Status on Arthur Trail unknown
VAST/County News
- No TMA Increase
- 2 County Clubs not in good standing: EAST & BEST, Benson & West Rutland
New Business
- Bridge @ bottom of Jockey 100% done
- Bridge @ McLaughlin Falls 26th start decking
- Need to check all trails
- No response from State on waterbars
- Need combos for all sales from Ethan
- Roy Arthur, Scott Ryan, Ray Messer, David Fucci attended VAST annual meeting (non-eventful)
- Eric from CVM donated $1000 to club from Spring cookout
- CVM Fall snowmobile show; club to do cookout again (early November)
- TMA Raffle or TMA Help at CVM cookout
- October meeting will be on the 7th as Debbis is leaving us
