I couple that I met at the Stone House April 3, 2013. If you look good you can see the snow up to the window sills!
I went out grooming yesterday afternoon and evening.On 4&7 I went as far as the Clement Shelter the snow was getting thin, it is still rideable but not worth putting the Tucker over. The trails up high are still quite nice. There is still a lot of snow, it is up to the window sills at the Stone House. The snow is quite hard and in some places I had a hard time cutting things the drag was riding on the rails. But all in all the trails are good in the higher elevations. The temps are going to be going up so ride while you can! The photo is a couple I met at the Stone House, I will edit their name in as they send them to me. I think from what I understand they rode in from the Echo Lake area and they were very happy to still be able to ride and happy to see the groomer! That was the last grooming for the year, not bad as we groomed all 16 weeks. We did not max out our mileage because the snow like now is slim in areas but we did have some GREAT RIDING on the Sno-Birds trails this season! We hope that every one got a chance to ride them and hope to see you out on them next season.
