Scott and I were out grooming all day yesterday. The Tucker started and stayed running fine, that is a very good thing! I am still looking into some voltage issue to see if we need do do more to insure we do not have an issue on the trail. The trails at this time are very good in most areas. We did every thing except 407 from the State Red Gate as there had only been a couple of sleds on it and it was hard and flat after Curt had groomed them, On the upper trail I got a tree caught in-between the Tucker and drag and could not correct it so we unhooked and got the Tucker up on the hard trail and with a come a long we were able to pull the drag from the tree and hook the drag back on. I have never had this happen to me before and I was thinking I have been grooming over 40 years.
The snow is soft and deep and it sucked me in. Scott was a big help with that! The rest of the day went pretty well and John and Ben were out and said the trails were really nice. John will be back out next week and groom them again.
