Gate Damaged!

The gate on the bridge above the Clement Shelter was ripped apart! We don’t know when it happened but if anyone gets any info about it please contact me. The gate was welded to the trailer bed, the lock was ripped apart. Then they tried to break the swinging end off but it only twisted some. …
