Get those sleds ready! Any age sled welcome – vintage or newer!

Updates/Changes for this years show!

This year we will use the gate on route 7 across from the Dollar General so that we can have the show more spread out in the track infield! More room for social distancing, parking, etc.!

We will have a few food vendors this year! Lee Perry will be back with his Kettle Corn! Yum!

********Due to Covid and the last minute inconvenience of people showing up last minute (huddling all around the registration table), we have decided and are requiring that IF you want to have your sled/cutter entry JUDGED this year, you must pre-register your machines by 5pm on Thursday, February 11th. (Just call or email me your full name and year, make, and model)  or Andrea 802-345-9257
—‐‐
There is no fee to enter so whether you are sure you are coming or not PRE-REGISTER if you want to be judged!

Grounds must be vacated before 5pm.
‐——

Swap meet vendors must also pre-register and have their $25 checks made out to the “Rutland County Agricultural Society” to me by 10am. All of this fee goes to the City, not RCAS to keep…
——
JUDGED ENTRY MACHINES will be parked together by class far apart by class to make it easier to help the judges find what sleds are in the specific class they are judging.

****ANYONE can bring unjudged sleds, etc at any time that AREN’T entered for judging as well, but all sleds NOT being judged will be parked in a different area than the judged sleds.

MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE WORN ANYTIME YOU ARE WITHIN 6′ OF ANY OTHER PERSON on the FAIRGROUNDS.

HAND SANITATION STATION(S) will be located around the show.

VT Snowmobiling Safety precautions/rules for riders apply except you don’t have to have to have your sled registered with the State or Vast.

We had over 70 entries last year and despite Covid maybe we’ll have more than that this year?!!
